Charge
  Method 1
  When charge the lithium battery by (AC100V-240V), Indicator
light turn green,and it take about 4 hours to fully charge the
batery,when battery is fully charge the indicator light go out.
  Method 2
  put The charger toward the sun, the solar panel begin to charge
the Lithium battery and green indicator light turn on, it takes
about 10-14 hours for fully charge.
Instruction:
  When Lithium battery is fully charged,it can charge mobile phone,
digital camera,MP3,MP4,and other digital products.,Choose the
suitable DC output level,connect the charger with mobile phone and
other digital products,then it begin to charge,When charging mobile
phone and other digital products, indicator light turn red.

Trouble shooting:
  Proteetion circuit is designed,when overload and short circuit 
happen, the output voltage will be cut down.
Solution:
1.Charge the charger by(AC100-240V)for several seconds.
2.Put the charger under sulight then it will revive the output.
